# Proctor Pricing

Proctoring costs vary depending on what plan (Standard or Pro) and which billing basis (PAYG or Monthly MAUs) your portal is on. This doc outlines considerations and costs for the different proctoring options on your exams. 

Additional info: 

* ⏳ **Session limits:** Rosalyn exams are limited to 4 hours any exam over that time will be charged for twice. Synoptic has no session limit and no additional charges for particularly long exams
* **🧙‍♂️ Admins taking exams are not charged** for any Synoptic exams or Rosalyn Lock-down Only - **Use this to test** the different options ahead of your real exam! 
  * *Admins will be charged for Rosalyn Live Proctored exam sessions*
* **🎬 You'll only be charged for exams taken** - so if a candidate doesn't show up to an exam you won't be charged 
* **🗓 Additional charges are are the end of the billing period** - check your billing page for when this is
* **🪙 For PAYG plans pre purchased credits will be used first** - if you run out of credits additional ones will be charged at £1.50 per credit

## Rosalyn pricing

Get in touch with us through the chat to enable Rosalyn on your portal, set up takes 2-4 working days and there is no additional costs for this. There are two options for Rosalyn's proctoring:

* **Live Proctoring** = Designed for high-stakes assessments, real-time proctoring enables Rosalyn’s human proctors to react to critical proctoring events during each exam. Candidates screen is recorded as well as their audio and themselves via webcam.
