Custom pages for FAQs and guides

Pin a note to the users menu for helpful information, FAQs and exam day or other guidance

Custom Note pages are a powerful way to centralise information for your learners or candidates.

Many organisations use Notes to create dedicated FAQ pages, exam guidance hubs, onboarding guides, or troubleshooting resources โ€” reducing support queries and improving learner confidence. You can tailor your pinned note pages to your specific usecase including the various question types, proctoring or additional requirements your exam or platform has (ie links to external sites and stores)

How to pin a note page

From the portal settings go to user access and select the user type the note page is for, typically for students but you can add educator, manager and admin ones too. Once selected add a note page, search for the right note page and save, you'll need to refresh the portal. You can use the study mode option in your profile icon to view the platform as a student at any time to review your note
