This update introduces a new toggle between Card and Table views across key pages on the Synap platform, offering users greater flexibility in how they view and manage content

We're rolling out a significant UI upgrade across the Synap platform, designed to make managing content more efficient and intuitive.

This update is now available to selected clients as part of a phased rollout. Coming to all Synap portals before November 2025.

Highlights include:

• Toggle between Card and Table View for flexible content browsing

• Clear owner fields and improved use of descriptions

• Open exams/items in a new tab for smoother multitasking

• Faster searching, with enhanced filtering and sorting

• Quick navigation to user groups directly from exam pages

• Bulk selection for archiving or deleting multiple items

• Customisable columns with visibility controls and drag-and-drop reordering
