Synap can send emails to your users to remind them of upcoming deadlines, assignments and when other important events have taken place.
These can be administered on the Email Settings page, with the following options:
Sender Name: Who should your emails come from (text description NOT an email address). Pick something that people will recognise.
Transactional emails enable / disable: Tick this box to DISABLE all notification / update emails sent by the system. We do not recommend doing this as it means people will not be reminded or notified when they have new assignments or deadlines.
Marketing email ask for consent: We recommend ENABLING this option, especially if you need to comply with European Union GDPR regulations.
Header Logo: Upload an image that can be used to brand all emails sent.
