If you've logged in to your account and your quizzes or purchases aren't showing up, don't worry!
Double check that you have logged in with the same email address or Facebook account you used to sign up and register. It's surprisingly common! If unsure, check which email address we sent the purchase receipt to, and use that to log in.
If you've made a purchase on iOS and have never seen your packages show up, please get in touch! There is an issue affecting a small number of iOS users at the moment, which will be rectified shortly. In the meantime, we can fix this if you drop us a quick message!
