Sending custom messages

You can now send custom messages directly to users from the Exam Attempts management table. Whether you need to follow up on a specific attempt or reach a filtered group of users, you can now communicate with greater speed and flexibility—without leaving the dashboard.

Easily select individual users or bulk-send messages, all in just a few clicks.

🛠️ How to Use Custom Messaging from Exam Attempts

  1. (Optional) Filter the exam attempts to target specific users.

  2. Select one or more users using the checkboxes in the table.

  3. Click the "Send custom message" button at the top.

  4. Write your message in the popup modal.

  5. Click Send to deliver your message.

  6. To confirm delivery or view the message history, navigate to each user’s Email History page.

This tool helps streamline communication during exams—ideal for reminders, clarifications, or tailored follow-ups.

Note: Sending a custom message does not update the status of an attempt to Notified. This feature is intended for flexible communication and does not impact automated workflows.
