We’re excited to introduce our latest feature: Limit Membership Duration for non-default user groups. This powerful tool allows you to set a specific time limit on how long a user remains a member of a group. Once the set duration is reached, the user’s access to the group will automatically be revoked.
Configurable Duration: Set a relative time limit (e.g., 5 days) for group membership. Once a user joins the group, their membership will be automatically revoked after the set period. For example, if a user joins on August 21st at 1pm with a 5-day limit, they will be removed from the group on August 26th at 1pm.
Automatic Updates: Any changes you make to the membership duration will apply instantly to all existing users. For instance, if you reduce the limit from 10 days to 7 days, users who have already been in the group for more than 7 days will be removed immediately after saving the change.
Membership Expiry Tracking: Easily view the exact date and time a user will be removed from the group via the user management table, alongside when they originally joined.
