Your portal will send a range of automated emails to users about their activity, access and account. You can customise the email settings, logos and sender name from Settings>Emails and include a custom welcome email body.
Custom sender email is only available on Pro and Enterprise plans, a custom subdomain must be in place. Please get in touch with support about upgrading.
Customise notifications settings for all users on the portal in the Email Notifications settings. For some notifications, users can override them from their account page (see below)
Any user type can manage their own notification settings by going to their account page and to the Email settings section. No matter a users notification settings they will still get emails in the following situations;
Automated or manually sent exam notification emails
Bulk or single message by an admin or educator from the platform
