Sharing user group links

Create a link to share with users or embed in a store which will add existing users to a group when clicked. Or register let new users straight into the group

Create sharing links to a group which can be given to new or existing users and add them directly into a group. On any group page use the sub menu to select Sharing

From the sharing settings page enable sharing. Select public if you want non-registered users to sign up to your portal using the link generated (Note, if your portals registration is open, all links will be public by default)

Select a welcome message users will see once they follow the link and an optional passcode you may want your users to input in order to complete the join

Logged in users will be prompted to join the group to confirm. And logged out users will be asked to sign in or create a new account, make sure you include this in any instructions you send out!

When users follow the links, they get added to the group and access to any content in that group

If you want to give users access to content after some online or in person training, provide them with a link to access content on Synap, the links are short and can be easily typed out by users.

Launching a new product, or looking for a beta testing group, include the user group invite link in an email or newsletter, so you're only adding users who actually want to participate to the group.
